Free Community Workshops

On Saturday, May 6 at 10 a.m., Rachel will introduce herself (via Zoom) and share about the work she does. She’ll explain and demonstrate stress management techniques, breathing exercises, some beginner-friendly yoga poses and is available for Q & A.

Sunday, May 21 at 6 p.m., Brian will facilitate a virtual workshop focusing on the mental health benefits of physical activity and explain the science behind it. He will be available for Q & A about the workshop topic, as well as the physical activity sessions he offers both remotely and in-person.
