Progress starts with connection—first between the mind and the body. This is where many fitness experts miss the mark and why I will be partnering with Virginia Health Counseling. My goal is not to, “Get you in the best shape of your life in 6 weeks.” We aren’t doing weigh-ins; we aren’t timing your walks.

Let’s work with your body, not against it or in spite of it.

The goal is to establish (or re-establish) the connection between your body and how you feel. Let’s improve your relationship with your body so that you are able to work with it, not against it or in spite of it. My approach is all about moving at your pace, building confidence step by step, and creating sustainable habits. What your routine looks like and which movements we incorporate will depend on your needs and your comfort level. I will work with you to achieve your goals while maintaining focus on healing the relationship between you and your body.

I graduated from Christopher Newport University in 2016, and since then I’ve been passionate about helping people discover that fitness isn’t just about the physical—it’s about feeling stronger, clearer, and more grounded in everyday life. I offer online sessions and in-person sessions in Richmond, VA. 25-minute virtual sessions are $50.
